“On behalf of our church members, I want to wholeheartedly thank you for the support you sent us,” reports Silas Owiti, leader of Intercede’s Voice of Salvation. Intercede’s supporters have helped VOS to buy bicycles and motorcycles for Kenyan missionaries. Pray that more funds will become available to purchase motorcycles for VOS missionaries.

India - Orissa Follow-Up

From its early beginnings, Orissa Follow-Up has taken on responsibility for 12 unreached tribes in Orissa, including the primitive Kutias, who used to practice human sacrifice. OFU has conducted a medical camp and set up adult literacy centres among this tribe.In the past few years, OFU has been reaching out to many Dalit (formerly known as Untouchable) caste members. OFU now runs four Dalit training centres.

Bringing Healing to Haiti

In partnership with Intercede’s Living Word Ministries work in Haiti, Intercede is pooling and raising support for the suffering Haitian communities after a devastating magnitude 7.3 earthquake which hit Haiti on January 12, devastating this tiny island nation and killing tens of thousands of people. The leaders of Intercede’s Living Word Ministries work in Haiti were severely injured in the January 12 earthquake, but are receiving medical care.
