Vietnamese communists consider Christianity a hostile influence and want to close down all Christian activity. Consequently, all Christians are vulnerable to persecution, especially Christian leaders. Despite this, Vietnam For Christ is working diligently in Vietnam to train Christian leaders and assist the persecuted church in many ways.

Malaysia Compassion Mission runs a half-way home for men suffering from problems such as homelessness, drug addiction and HIV. “This ministry’s mission is to see lives transformed by God’s grace,” explains MCM leader Daniel Ezra. The ministry focuses on the Word of God, and encourages “trainees” going through its program to become involved with church-related activities.

Indonesia is a country where Christians’ lives are often in danger because of extremist jihad warriors. Hundreds of Christians have been forced to flee their homes and villages, never to return. Many others have lost their lives because of their faith. In the midst of this suffering, Bless Indonesia Mission has been helping to “rescue the perishing” Christians, and enabling them to rebuild their shattered lives.

Making inroads for Jesus Christ in the world’s most populous Muslim nation is a challenging task. Open preaching of the Gospel is strictly regulated in Indonesia, and the construction of new church buildings is limited in many areas. In the midst of this restrictive environment, God has called the workers of Oneness, Fullness, Witness to serve Him. The oneness of believers in Indonesia, the enabling power of Christ and the newness of life evidenced in believers stand as powerful testimonies that draw the unsaved to hear the Gospel.
